Are your clocks handmade?

Yes. Every clock is individually designed and handmade in Dorset using a combination of laser-cut components, specialist finishes and carefully selected cycling-inspired materials.

As a small independent business, we take pride in producing each piece to the highest standard rather than mass-producing products.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch most orders within 2-3 working days.

However, some of our designs incorporate genuine recycled bicycle components. Occasionally sourcing suitable parts can take a little longer, particularly for specific models.

If we expect any significant delay, we'll keep you informed throughout the process.

How long do personalised orders take?

Personalised clocks are made to order and will typically take a little longer than our standard collection.

Please allow approximately 5-7 working days for personalised items to be produced before dispatch.

If you need a personalised clock for a specific date or occasion, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Do you use genuine bicycle components?

Many of our clocks incorporate genuine bicycle components, including cassette sprockets, brake rotors and other cycling-inspired parts.

Where recycled components are used, minor signs of previous use may occasionally be visible and form part of the character of the finished piece.

Are your clocks silent?

Yes. Our clocks are fitted with silent quartz movements, making them suitable for workshops, home offices, living spaces and bedrooms.

Do the clocks come ready to hang?

Yes. Every clock is supplied ready to hang straight from the box.

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We hope to offer international shipping wherever possible. Shipping options and costs will be calculated during checkout.

Are your clocks officially licensed products?

No. Our clocks are independently designed tribute pieces inspired by iconic cycling components and designs. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by the original manufacturers.
